The Challenge
The insurance company faced critical bottlenecks in the processing of automotive claims. Document validation was manual, assigning adjusters took days, and the final settlement depended on multiple email approvals. This resulted in high operating costs and low policyholder satisfaction.
Our Solution
We designed a process orchestration architecture that integrates advanced OCR for automatic document validation, a rules engine for intelligent adjuster assignment based on geolocation and workload, and an automated payment gateway. We implemented a real-time monitoring system (BAM) for total visibility of the claim lifecycle.

We transformed a slow, reactive operation into an agile, highly automated workflow. Response time to the client was drastically reduced, and operational efficiency allowed scaling the volume of processed claims without increasing staff.
